The Terms and Conditions outlined in this section govern the use of jsluxurybaskets.com.au, the website, and the purchase of goods from it.  This website is owned and operated by JS Luxury Baskets, ABN 90 002 861 575.  By accessing, using or browsing this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability and you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice, and any changes will be posted herein.

Product Disclaimer

Containers and supplies are limited.  We update our inventory often to offer new products.  Some products are not always available.  We reserve the right to substitute items for equal or greater value and quality in our design gifts, depending on availability.  JS Luxury Baskets reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion at any time.

Gift Arrangements

 Our gourmet Gift Baskets and Candy Bouquets are made fresh as ordered. 
All our gift arrangements are hand crafted and prices will vary based on the container and/or type and amount of products/items used. 

You can buy our Candy Bouquets with confidence that the chocolates and candies we use in our Candy arrangements are NEVER PENETRATED,  therefore the real chocolate/candy taste and aroma is unspoiled!

Please note, florist wires and bamboo skewers used in our Candy Bouquets and Gift Baskets may present a hazard to young children. 

Delivery Policy
 
Our gourmet Gift Baskets and Candy Bouquets are made as ordered! 
Please allow us at least 36 to 48 hrs to design and deliver your gift order!
Deliveries locally and nationally are handled by a quality Courier Service delivering 'Door to Door' from Monday to Friday, and all gifts are insured for your protection.

We believe that we use an excellent courier company in an endeavor to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service, however there may be times that despite our best efforts gifts are delayed in the delivery process due to unforeseen circumstances. 
JS Luxury Baskets will not be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control and as such will not provide specific delivery times of arrival, only approximate.  Please note that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation of an order.  It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us immediately if a gift does not arrive.  Once we have been notified, we will lodge an enquiry with the respective courier and track your gift accordingly as each gift has a tracking code.

We deliver to private homes, hospitals, hotels, and work places.  If the recipient’s address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable or if we have not been instructed to leave the gift with an alternative option and it has to be re-delivered, an additional fee may be charged. Please also provide contact telephone no. of the recipient if possible to allow us to confirm delivery details if required.

JS Luxury Baskets offers free local delivery! 

For all other orders a deliver charges will apply! 
Freight amount is calculated on destination per item/gift.  Discount may be applied on bulk orders shipped to the same address.  Please click heret o view all delivery charges.

Please note that deliveries are not possible on weekends and public holidays.

As for hospital deliveries please be absolutely certain that your recipient will still be in the hospital when your gift arrives.  Couriers do not deliver to hospital rooms, only to specified receiving locations within a facility.  It is then up to the staff to deliver your gift to patient’s room.  We assume no responsibility for gifts lost, misplaced, failure of the hospital staff to deliver gifts to the patient or gifts arriving after a patient has been dismissed. 

As for hotel deliveries please be absolutely certain that your recipient will still be in the hotel when the gifts arrive.  Couriers do not deliver to hotel/motel rooms only to designated receiving areas.  It is then up to the staff to deliver your gift to recipient’s rooms.  We assume no responsibility for gifts lost, misplaced, failure of the hotel/motel staff to deliver gifts to the guest/recipient or gifts arriving after the guest checks out.

All online ordering on the JS Luxury Baskets website is undertaken in a secure online environment.  You can order securely using our online ORDER FORM.  You can also email us with your order at orders@jsluxurybaskets.com.au or phone us on 03 9708 1162.

Please try to place orders at least 48 hours in advance!
Please check with us for larger orders and certain products.  Larger orders will need at least two or three weeks lead time!  Company checks are required for larger orders that will be designed after the checks have cleared.

When ordering for holidays, please order in advance to ensure products availability and on-time delivery.

Payment Options

All prices are in Australian Dollars AUD and are inclusive of GST.

With exception for a free local delivery, a shipping/delivery charges will apply to all other orders.  Please click here to view all deliver charges.

We accept payments through PayPal. 
Direct Debit into our bank account can be also easily arranged. Please CONTACT US on 03 9708 1162 to request bank details.

We also accept cheques or money orders.   Please make cheques or money orders payable to JS Luxury Baskets.  Orders paid by personal cheques and money orders will be shipped once payment is verified.

Cash payments are only accepted for local pick up and by appointment.
Company checks are required for large orders that will be designed after the checks have cleared.
Orders will only be dispatched after a full payment has been received.

Replacement and Return Policy

In the unlikely event that your design gift is damaged or has been tampered with upon delivery please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered. JS Luxury Baskets will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from arrangements lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has taken place.

An order cannot be canceled and changes cannot be made after the order has been processed for shipment or shipped.

Privacy Policy

JS Luxury Baskets are committed to maintain your privacy and can reassure we do not sell or share our customers' details with any other companies.  We may from time to time use the information to contact you regarding new products or specials.
